History
For nearly three decades, Beecher Consulting has prepared incisive and persuasive contemporaneous documentation reports, and, most recently, master files and local files, that support multinational firms’ transfer pricing practices which satisfy IRS and OECD Member States’ reporting requirements.
Additionally, we prepare sophisticated valuations of startups, going concerns and intangible assets for tax and non-tax purposes. We also offer a variety of other services in conjunction with each of these broad practice areas, among them advocacy, dispute resolution (mediation and arbitration), litigation support and expert witness testimony.
